I would always allow extra time especially when it rains as the traffic on the S Circular seems to grind to a halt.

Tap water is meant to be better than bottled and distilled water so I would just stick with it and try not to be scaremongered.

My first thing would be to check how long the shop below has been there and what the likelihood of this remaining a shop as opposed to turning into a bar etc is.
