  3. Hello! My name's Tom Lynas & I'm a personal trainer from East Dulwich who runs Bear Drills Fitness. Bear Drills is an hour long high intensity interval training (HIIT) that boosts your metabolism and burns hundreds of calories both during and after the class has finished. Bear Drills is open to all so no matter what your fitness level the class can be adapted to best suit you. Bear Drills is great for losing weight, building strength and improving endurance. Bear Drills takes place every Monday & Wednesday evening at 7:30-8:30pm, each class is ?10 on the night or ?8 if you book through the website. As we are a community based class I have introduced a new ?5 concession rate for the 60+, unemployed (JSA), NHS Workers, Blue Light Service, Serving Members of the Armed Forces and Full Time Students.   6. Hi, My name?s Tom and as the title suggests I am a personal trainer in the Dulwich area and have been for the past few years. I currently work out of the boot of my car using all my own equipment or Herne Hill (indoor studio) giving us a bit more flexibility with session location than your average PT.   9. Hello, My name is Tom Lynas and I am a Personal Trainer based in East Dulwich. I train people in local parks and their houses however, with the winter weather setting in, it gets tough to get all my sessions rain free. I am looking to take my business to the next level and find a venue, which would give cover and light for the dark winter days. I am therefore posting to ask the wise people of the ED forum whether they know of any space (large or small) which is available for a person trying to develop their small business. The type of spaces I am looking for are industrial type spaces, storage spaces, garages, work yards, spaces which may have seen better days (that I could give a little TLC) but could accommodate a small scale business.
