I'd second the recommendation for Alex at crown joinery, he has done a number of windows for me now, very good quality, and a good price. I would not go anywhere near runcent joinery, they are a nightmare to deal with, and rubbish work aswell. -

Yep. it's being refurbed, and should be open again within the next four or five days with a much larger shop space and beer and wine selection.

The site of the Gourmet Burger joint was originally a small cinema, in the mid eighties it was a fish and chip shop (Georges possibly?) it then became Lucan's wine bar, and then the hideous Spaghetti Westons.

A similar thing happened to me a few years ago, I contacted Dulux direct, explained the problem, they sent a rep to visit, and I got paid compensation for costs direct from Dulux.
