Two purchases that I?ve bought from the same seller haven?t arrived to me . The first one was 16/09/2020 and the second 1/10/2020 both tracked and because the first one didn?t arrive the second one requested me to sign for . The seller received the proof I signed but I didn?t nor did I receive the item . I have asked all my neighbours and no one has taken it in plus the signature I believe has to be done by the postman because of corona virus . I?ve reported it to the sorting office , the seller can claim but this really worries me as who know what else has gone missing ?? I don?t know what to do ?

I too am missing a parcel sent mid March ?!!

I?m afraid we too own the least hold flat with southwark being the free hold . We own 2/3 of a Victorian house with a council flat above . Every five years they expect to refresh the paint work even when it doesn?t need it and a couple of years ago they were supposed to be doing major works to the property which weren?t done . The scaffolding went up for over a year , three days work done by the worst painters for just the window sills at the front and some pointing work . The back was never done and the painters were sacked for a bad job .they wanted to charge us over ?8,000. Through a lot of letters and group meetings with council officials coming round they then could see the work hand to been done for which we were being billed for , so it was reduced to ?1,800 . I hope you can buy the freehold it would save this problem happening !

They are really lovely in johnnies and so is their food !

No it?s not allowed . Only one person is allowed to meet one other from another household outside at a distance !

I was actually referring to social distancing ,nothing to do with home life , And teenagers , what infuriated me was groups together which we are so desperately trying to avoid !

Hopefully make their parents just wonder where they are and take responsibility like we have too !

I know where my children are , either at home or walking the dog once a day , they take it in turns to come with me . Today near the Japanese garden was a very strong smell of dope and then hey presto a gang of about 8 teenagers appeared A few with bikes . They kept laughing and giving each other high fives . This was about 4pm . We then walked towards the rose garden where we saw four boys no more that 13 maybe less running through the rose garden with a football and then hiding in one bit where there is a a bench . This is not on ! I tried to get hold of someone in authority but couldn?t , I am not going to risk mine or my daughters safety by tackling them myself , I will call the police !

Happened to me twice today too . Driving down lordship lane and a car on the other side of the road , sped up the hill by Goodrich road and over took a bus nearly hitting me as he was on the wrong side of the road . Second one was on the way back on woodvale a complete wide boy in his car with a ridiculously over the top engine for the car tailgated me till I had to pull in for safety reasons and he then sped off at a ridiculous speed up to the traffic lights at forest hill road , only the lights were at red so he had to stop and I pulled up along the side of him in the end . What a jerk

Sainsburys today ! I went in for food and came out with A4 paper Nothing at all to buy

Are there any building works going on around there ? About three years ago I suffered 4 punchers in about 6 months all from my road where careless builders had swept screws and nails into the road ! I really sympathize as it?s really expensive 😩

I went to Peckham rye park this afternoon with my dog and there was a policeman stationed in the park for the whole hour I was there . He was stationary on a bike and I wondered what he was looking out for ?!
