Another well-earned recommendation for Jen. As an recently ex-rugby player looking to get back into shape Jen provided a real mix of core-based and flexibility exercises. The variety is brilliant so little chance of getting bored and the progress has been excellent to date. Even though I've been on and off gym training for 20 years and felt I had a good grasp of weight training, the techniques Jen has taken me through are refreshing, modern and targeted to my specific strengths and weaknesses. Couldn't recommend higher.
