  1. Just to give you another option to consider, we went with the Silver Cross Pop stroller and have found it great for us. It lies flat for sleeping and has an extending hood which was perfect on holiday. It doesn't steer as easily one handed but feels incredibly light compared to our Bugaboo.
  2. Hi Everyone I'm due beginning of May with my second too. Would be great to join the whatsapp group, I'll pm my number. Thanks Lorna
  3. Does anyone know when the talks take place please?
  4. Hi Everyone! I'm slowly growing a bump which is making it feel a lot more real but eagerly anticipating feeling baby's first movement - think that will be the reality check! Is your baby moving around yet Louise? How organised are you all? I've kind of set myself the mental milestone of Christmas to not be too baby focused but from January, I'll start scaring myself with all the checklists and to do lists. Unlike you Kaz, I'm the first of my friends to have a baby so feel free to share their wisdom. I have a friend at work who is due in March so she's been filling me in on what I might expect a few months down the line :-)
  5. Hi, I'm expecting my first at the start of May. Is there anyone else out there? Would be lovely to chat to other first timers due around the same time or hear from those with experience! I'm very excited but feel a bit like I have no idea what's coming - no matter how much I prepare!!
  6. Sorry I don't have any words of wisdom but didn't want to read and run. I hope you've had lots of PMs as I'm sure there are lots of members who have experienced similar. It does sounds like you've all had a lot of change in your life recently which can be unsettling on everyone and new siblings can cause strange/bad behaviour in existing children. Does she behave the same with your husband? If you're feeling quite stressed and annoyed maybe she can sense this? Have you thought about relaxing yourself a little bit - maybe a day/evening out with a friend or something (I know might not be possible with little ones!). Anyway I hope someone has better advice for you xxx
  7. I wonder how they are still in business - same story for us. We bought a property with them back in 2010 to live in, (which they knew). A year after the purchase they started calling me, checking if we were renting it out. I started politely telling them no, we were living in it and had no intention to let it. However they continued calling and didn't listen when I asked to be removed from their database. However I eventually got so fed up I thought I'd try telling them we no longer owned the property - which actually (probably unsurprisingly) worked a treat!! But likewise, following my experience I would never use Ludlow for buying or selling. Unfortunately the cold calling must work on some people otherwise why would they carry on...
