  4. You can get mats that go under rugs I think they are for rugs on slippery floors but may also work on carpet We bought our rug from john Lewis and they offered us one there

Another request for a builder recommendation We want to replace our old wooden single glazed French doors with new modern aluminum glass ones (only 1.5m wide so not large bi fold) I've trawled through a few of the recent builder recommendations and a few look a bit suspicious so please any genuine recommendations of builders that do good work and are reliable are most welcome Thanks in advance

Just wanted to second / third / fourth all the above NCT is great for facts and meeting people I then found Hypnobirthing great for a real understanding of what's happening to your body and how you can work with your body to birth your baby. I used Hypnobirthing for both mine and even though first labour was over 36 hours I still went drug free. As others have said it can also be used for other situations (my husband still reverts back to some Of the techniques now if he's stressed at work!!) Try and do a class a) to get husband / partner involved and b) to motivate you to do it - I would never have learnt so much / believed just by reading the book Good luck :)

  8. i have a 3.5 year old and as well as his requested lego and superhero gear for Christmas we've thought about some educational toys. I don't really know much about Innotab or Leapfrog bar that they exist. Are they any good? Is it just a children's iPad? am i better getting more age appropropriate apps on my iPad? what do they actually do? TIA
  9. the shrek experience at Westfield is good fun we went today, note no proper present from father christmas but he experience is great, and for 2/3 of what you pay in Dulwich Whippersnappers i thought it was much better

So I'm off to Festival no 6 in a few weeks on a hen weekend Haven't been to a festival for a few years now having a 3 yo and 10month old And for that reason my current sleep deprivation means I MUST have something to sleep on that's comfortable (I've suggested the yurts but am the only one that's married let alone got children so they see no problem in a few nights with uncomfortable sleep!!) Anyone recommend anything that will mean I get. Remotely comfortable nights sleep
