i would just say if you can get one secondhand at a reasonable price (normally they are really good condition because people don't use them much) then do it. gives good protection for your buggy and you can also use for bag space (they don't weight them) so load it up with nappies / clothes whatever you like! use the sling and check the buggy bag in and it will be waiting for you at the other side..

thanks both and thanks buggy for the 'with children' experience. so you were able to walk from the resort to the local village? i just like the idea of not being completely restricted and not have to get a cab everywhere with two kids! will look at senator v booking direct. sensatori don't seem to have the bigger rooms whereas booking direct you can get a 2bed apartment (and not have the children in our room!!) thanks for your info abbie

hi i know a few people on the forum have been here and wondered if i could pick your brains. is the resort near anything i.e. can you go for a walk outside of the resort or do you need to get a cab / drive to anywhere outside ? would you recommend going half board are the restaurants nice? whats the kids club like i have a just under 1yo plus a 3yo - we would only want to use it a couple of mornings / afternoons not the full week (just to get a tiny bit or relaxation!!) thanks in advance

Hi Does anyone have a different contact number for the East Dulwich Community Centre than 0208 693 4411 I am so angry they have just cancelled my booking for my sons birthday because I didn't go in and pay the deposit today despite emailing them and leaving a message to say I couldn't go in today. Just wondered if anyone has re-used their birth pool? If so did you re-use the hose? I used mine 2years ago and am hopefully going to use again in the next few weeks. My question is about the hose. We used the hose to pump the water out again does this mean the hose is now unclean to use again? Should I be buying another hose????

Hi Does anyone know of any one day courses? I did a one day course with my first child at St Thomas' but I'm due on Sept 28th with my second and the same course is fully booked till 20th sept which feels a tad late!! Weeknight courses over a few weeks are going to be tricky for me so if anyone knows of a one day course I'd be really grateful for any recommendations Thanks

We've been and looked rounds its lovely BUT has a huge waiting list (as most nurseries round here) and doesn't except them till they are two. I'm waiting to see if we get a place in September - if not were guaranteed a space for sept 2015!

Unfortunately i think said cat also fights cats if its the same one that got in our house on Marsden Rd about a month ago and beat our cat up. She hasn't wanted to go outside since she's so scared :(
