I can’t remember where we bought this originally. Very heavy TV stand - one glass shelf, the rest is pale would affect laminate. Very good condition except for some very minor nicks in one edge I hadn’t even noticed until photographing - as shown in the photo. 110” L x 40” D x 43”H (the shelves are staggered on the open side so top shelf is only 90” L). Collection SE22. Offers welcome

Excellent condition - no stains or pulls in fabric despite being a few years old. Mattress v clean as barely used & always with mattress protector. Covers can be removed for washing - no stains or tears or pulls - fabric is in really good shape. Pulls out into comfy double sofa bed. Originally paid £1,800 from John Lewis. Collection East Dulwich area - it’s very heavy and very solid piece of furniture so needs 2 people and a van. No pets and smoke free household. Measurements 79” x 38” deep x 30” high. 91 inches when mattress is pulled out, though the final leg which stands on the floor is about 14 inches less than that so you can for example, pull it out next to a fireplace / hearth and have the actual mattress overhang, if the space is right. Can send loads more photos over email / WhatsApp

Hi - we’re looking for someone to drive 3 / 4 well behaved 11 yr olds to their gymnastics club in tooting on a Wednesday - timing would be 3.45pm pick up in East Dulwich. It usually takes about 45 mins each way. It could be every other week or just occasional Wednesdays as well if that helps. Please message me if interested!

Looking for recommendations for local gymnastics classes
lucerne replied to shazza76's topic in The Family Room Discussion
GCK opposite the Lidl Peckham has done wonders for our daughter’s confidence and gymnastics. A much smaller club than Charisma etc which suits her well. https://www.gymnasticscalisthenicskingdom.com -
Hi there, we need someone to walk / bus our 6 & 8 year olds from Heber to: Peckham Pulse on a Tuesday and Thursday and to Dulwich Leisure Centre on a Wednesday. Might suit a student or someone with an hour to fill after / before work / study. Would love to hear from you whether you can do one or all. thanks!

Gah what a demoralising little thread this is at the end of the year we (& that lovely little cafe and all others like it) have had and thank the lord for those of you who chipped up and agree. little cafes like this one and little tables outdoors (for the paltry few weeks of the looong year that's actually possible in UK weather) are what make ED ED. Please redirect all this energy to causes worthy of such indignation.

Can anyone tell me who runs the toddler football in peckham rye on a Sunday morning around 10/11am? Thanks!

It's not a discovery. The insurance co / pick up vehicle reckoned whoever it was knew exactly what they were doing as normally you need to access the inside of the car to get to the screws? And they hadn't cut the wires or anything. What do they take them for? I found old newspaper stories about the front lights being taken to grow weed but these were the rear lights which presumably wouldn't be bright enough... Anyway, sh7sters whoever they were - a stressful, phone call / paperwork heavy and expensive end to the first weekend they had been to stay since Feb.

Hi all - my inlaws Land Rover rear lights were stolen last night - parked on the tyrell road end of hindmans road. I had no idea this was even a ?thing?. Their alarm didn?t go off. Not sure what any of us can do about it but just thought I?d mention!

Another recommendation for Hussein - a nice guy - polite, professional - turns up on time and gets the job done at a competitive price, good communication etc. Even came back and helped us a few weeks later when we had some issues with the job the builders had done on skirting boards.

Hi all - please can you advise best route to meet a suitable au pair - did you go through an agency? Thanks!
-
I would also love cleaning and cosmetic (shampoo, shower gel etc) refills: I know Karavan eco offers some but more choice would be great.
-
Hi there - where did you "find" your au pairs? many thanks
-
Another recommendation for Hussein who recently painted our new kitchen extension: professional, prompt and flexible around our builders? delays. Experienced, knows what he?s talking about, good finish, good communication and competitively priced.

The Clockhouse. Saw a dog in Aneto today as well though wouldn?t recommend with so many buggies etc -
Hi - I'm afraid I don't but am also considering the same re Airbnb and wondered if any other hosts can advise what they did re their home insurance - our current provider can't cover the scenario and from Googling it, it seems other providers may be similar. Any help much appreciated!

Practical Car Hire in Forest Hill were excellent - friendly, affordable and not the usual penny pinching (e.g. didn't charge us for a 2nd driver; collected car from us at last minute promptly and for only ?10)
