The bin men are refusing to take away our rubbish and our neighbours rubbish as apparently we have to use clear plastic bags now??? my neighbours are young medicine students with little time. Now we have a back log of rubbish in our back and the council are not helping at all

Does anyone know what happened?

I have been seeing Shanie for over a year now, during this time I have had my feet and hands done, my legs waxed and had facials with her. I keep going back to the manipediwaxclub as they never fail to deliver great customer care and brilliant service for what ever need I have.
