When is the ride? That will be on Sunday 5th December, 9am at Goose Green Texaco Garage. These rides are held every other Sunday, a full listing can be found under the ECG (E'dulwich Cycle Group) section. Will the group be honoured with Lady Mucks presents?

** Next cycle ride ** Statues, Monuments & Sites along the Thames. This will be the easiest one, up to Tower Bri, head along the Thames (North Side) to Battersea Bri, then a coffee at the Windmill on Clapham Common. It was going to be the old London Prisons, but it had the same interest as the Bank of England - 2% ?! Best, McCabe

Thats really good Samina! The last session will be on the 18th December, followed by a nice long break. I will be in San Francisco on your first day, but that will be fine - just fill in the health form on the website and email it back. Please feel free to pop along this Saturday and meet for a coffee at the end, or say hello at the beginning to get a feel of what we do. The numbers are between 9 & 18, but they will be reduced due to the lead up to Christmas. Best, McCabe

The Lying Toad.... of course. Hey, without going through all the threads, has the subject of bike tyres and wet drain covers been discussed? How many children, adults and seniors have fallen... slipped because of these?! It's not rocket science, simply have a cover with a back-fill of tarmac etc.. As well as cycling, I use my motorbike every day and see so many bikes slipping as they take a bend and then ...... bosch! TLT McCabe

G'day Minitoots, Just in form a round robin trip, managed to meet with the Barnes team, the Twicken Team and finally the Kingston team. Yes, next Saturday it starts - look out for the tall chap in a purple top with a cardio trace on the back. And, if you go to the web site and go to the page 'Health Forms', thats me stretching in Auz before a 4Km open sea swim. Any questions before then, feel free to ask! McCabe
