Dangerous redesign Hunts Slip Road - Dulwich Estate

i've seen a lot of near-miss-accidents at the College Road / Hunts Slip roundabout. The roundabout is too small for cars to safely turn around so it's more of a 3 point turn spot. The issue is that cyclists (and other cars) are not expecting cars to reverse as part of the 3 point turn manoeuvre. I don't think its fair on any road user to advertise this as a "safe design" as it's not safe. I worry that there will be a serious accident here one day. -
