  1. I just wanted to add to the recommendation for Mind over Matter Boxing. I have never enjoyed exercise so much, my sister and I had a personal training session and came away raving about Simone's class. Our first session was a personal training session, just the two of us which allowed us to learn 1-on-1 some of the punches and combinations in the ring alongside fitness work. It was pretty punishing but it is so much fun that you feel pumped to push past any tiredness. Simone is really warm and affirming but will also not let you slack and keeps you working right to the last minute. We can't wait to keep learning and get fitter and really look forward to our sessions. As an unexpected bonus, after our first session Simone weighed us in, worked out our % muscle, body fact and visceral fat so as we will be able to see our progress over time. HOWEVER, (and I think this is so important)the focus of the training is not on weight loss etc, but on fitness and technique which is such a relief and so refreshing. I come away from boxing feeling strong, positive and full of endorphins - a physical work out with very real mental health benefits which was what inspired me particularly about what Simone does.
