Does anyone have any more information on this? What about residents who live on that part of the road, will they be able to get in and out and park up during these times? Is the current roadworks something to do with this or are they entirely unrelated? I haven't received a letter about this, has anyone else who lives on this part of the road had anything through their door?

Did anyone else witness the gang of youths on mopeds this afternoon, swerving all over the road, giving motorists grief? They came along Goodrich and turned down into Dunstans (Peckham Rye Park direction) All the kids coming out of school. Awful. Have reported it to the police though what they can do I don't know. I actually found the whole thing really scary.

Another recommendation for Dave, he was able to fit me in between jobs to unblock an outside drain. Very reliable, affordable and didn't bat an eyelid when he had a wasted journey yesterday (I hadn't realised that I would need access to the flat below to run the water through to test everything was ok after the job was completed). Came back today - in the pouring rain - and sorted it, no problem. Very nice man too!

I also have a child in Y5 so was curious about intake for this year. Spoke to someone at Charter East Dulwich who said that the furthest distance allocated this year was 1.4km if that helps (from Jarvis Rd entrance). Sydenham Girls was 2,2km this year, it was 2.7km last year.

Does anyone know why the September 2018 intake will be only be 180 and not the full 240 if the permanent site opens as planned in 2008?

Ses to me that having a choice is a bit of an illusion because if you're in 'catchment' for one school you are out of 'catchment' for another unless of course you're in the village where perhaps you might qualify for both Charters? Will you be waiting it out EMC in the hope of getting in somewhere else or are you happy to stick with Harris Girls?

I live very close to Goodrich school which seems too far 'up' for either Charters and (surely?) too far away from Sydenham school. Any Goodrich parents willing to say what their outcomes for this year are?

Oh dear, not looking good for us next year then. Anyone get Sydenham or Kingsdale? I know Kingsdale is a lottery and distance doesn't come into it, but Sydenham? I am beginning to think I am in a black hole riad for schools.

Just wondering if things have settled down over the last six months. What are the noise levels like at the pub these days?

Anyone else get woken up in the early hours by very loud music followed by shouting and screaming that spilled out onto the street? Top end of Upland Road. I am in neighbouring street so can't be sure where the noise was coming from exactly. Did the police turn up and sort things out? There was a disturbance a couple of weeks ago - more shouting etc. If anyone knows the house number can they private message me with it please so that I can call the police when it happens again :0(
