  1. Begin your day with this Garden Immersion session, which will take inspiration from the thoughtful practice of 'forest bathing', a form of active mindfulness when walking in nature. 30 Days Wild Start #30DaysWild nice and early with the Centre for Wildlife Gardening team! We will encourage you to draw upon all five of your senses, helping you to identify local wildlife, native trees and shrubs so you leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and rested at the start of your day. Parents of babies (under 12 months), and parents-to-be, are very much encouraged to join in. This event is being run in partnership with the Greater London Authority as part of London Tree Week supported by the Mayor of London. http://www.wildlondon.org.uk/events/2017/04/06/garden-immersion-centre-wildlife-gardening?instance=0
