This is a very poor website for the guy who call himself a web designer I would expect to see something nice instead of 5 page template stuff without a single example of any one who he's done work for . This is not a good way to sell services I was actually looking forward to see something professional rather than 30 min diy job --- (At the bottom of your website I can see "SEO HERO" which means you use "wix" templates , which are free templates so none of the work you could show is actually your design unless you say that you own the Tel-Aviv based company called wix )

I'm not an expert but I think you are selling a business not a franchise (am I right ?) You don't sell a name and a shop fitting logo that is know and can't be found every where we go ... Cos that for me is franchise (go go pizza , pizza hut, pret, MC Donald's ... They all pay licence to hold a well know and established name ... Yet the person who owns the name does everything to sell more licencing to people who want to become a part of family (business under the same name) As you are giving up the business you don't want to run anymore you're therefore selling a business not a franchise and if you are selling it that means it's not a business as if it was you'd find people to work for you rather than try to sell a sinking ship
