People who do proper job are well priced People who deliver cheap labour are not gonna invest time to deliver high standard for a ?100 odd pounds of hard labour Don't you think ? Even cleaners get ?11-?12.5 an hour so ?12.5 times 10 hours already gives you ?125 And that's only cleaning ! Self employed people have to pay tax and charge a bit more as government doesn't pay for holiday . Corporation tax applies for limited companies as well It all comes at a higher cost of work I'm afraid Let someone work per hour then give them a payslip that will take their tax an ni .
