the Grove is the SE22 equivelent of one of those old oubs pubs in Aston, brum- now surrounded by traffic - a truly terrible destination -

Im sure of there was a cat/ hells chance of their being viable business there, it would not be locked down for as long as it has. even the Cherry tree is a a more attractive venue than the grove as it stands.running a pub is risky enough these days, without the external issues that have killed this place off as for saying it has historical interest cos of richard burton, he was an alchoholic, probabaly every drinking establishment in London during thje 60/70s had him visit -
lovely man writes song with date rapey theme and makes millions, only to have his riches stripped by a long dead mowtown star cos of copyright now thats proper lolz

I cant ever see this reopening as a viable pub based business- its a big slab of building in a crappy area with zero footfall. I wouldnt want to hoy any cash at this, you may as well take your money and fly to vegas for a week- probabaly better odds at a return -
dont wanto ingnite this subject, but SJ&C are organising a public forum with a copper from the investigation next week- if you have any Q or concerns , then may be worthwhile going along ETA, this is likely to be awash with Mail filth given their surprisingly timely doorstepping activities when Fr CR was removed from his position last year.

no one involved in that sickening shithole of a thread came out with any glory -
as i said, i can post up stuff to counter this, but im fairly happy with my testosterone levels at the min google is out there, fill your boots and report back.

this is a post modernist thread of lies. Godwins rules are orthodox, at best revisionist. We strive to produce only the best post revisionist modernist post covnentional paradigm positivist threads. On that basis, your appeal is rejected
