Martin Chandler 07769 676055 After the series of cowboys that were supplied by our loft converion company, Martin has restored my faith in tradesmen. He is unobtrusive, polite and best of all a very good painter. Always friendly, he would say Hello in the morning and goodbye in the evening, but otherwise we didnt know he was in the house. The couple of days I was home and engaged him, he was very good company. He visited the site twice before we started and had a much better idea of my needs than I did. From the first meeting I knew I was in good hands. It's a pleasure to have a real professional on the job. My wife was impressed with how accomodating and respectful he was of her and our 12 weeks old baby. He also interacted and was wonderfully patient with our 3 year old. I cannot recommend him enough. Note: Martin is a local tradesman and has no connection to the loft conversion company.

I'm using Econoloft, head office in Wigan, have had to threaten legal action twice to try and get things finished. Still no luck.

The sub-4 looks amazing but it's a bit much for our price range.

The fella at the Dulwich Therapy Rooms was excellent. There is a lady there who does good relaxtion massages but for a proper sports massage, go with the fella.

About 6pm this evening a couple of cowardly lads mugged a pregnant woman on the corner of Grove Hill Road and Camberwell Grove. Well done to the fella on his bike who chased them down and took their picture. Anyone heading home that way might want to take extra care.

I'm meeting a friend for coffee or lunch tomorrow and need a venue that her 2 year old can run around in. Ideally around the Goose Green/Lordship Lane area. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Dulwich Plumbing and Heating came round last night and we're excellent. Really impressed with their service now. All good.

Impressed that I've had a message from Dulwich Plumbing, looks like we are back on.

I wouldnt recommend them, I waited in all of yesterday and they didnt show or answer their mobile.

Very pleased to hear the old management are gone, I couldnt stand them. Sad to hear there wont be regular football any more, that was my only reason for going.

There is someone hiding in the gardens near Sainsburys. There are police at the ends of all the roads nearby.

The mrs is walking by and it's all still closed down around Camberwell and very few buses

They make it quite clear as most people dont take their passports with them on a night out.

Several Southwark clubs have had this imposed on them already and you are right, a lot of people stay away because of it.

Should you really have to be on a database to go out and enjoy yourself. Perhaps next we should have to swipe into Sainsburys to do our shopping in case we're shoplifters? This doesnt work btw, its easy enough to pass weapons into a venue via the smoking area.

The police seem to be keeping the gun part quiet which I dont understand. We asked one of the police by sainsburys about the incident and when I specifically mentioned the shooting was told that as I already knew, yes there was a shooting, whereas all the press appear to know is about the stabbing.
