  1. Hello, The London Wildlife Garden Centre in Marsden Road, SE15 have bee hives and would be able to give you loads of advice. Good Luck. We need the bees. (also The Eden Project in Cornwall if you google them. X
  2. Wherever it is it's ok, at least anyone who hears it knows it's that time of the morning, and can go back to sleep until its time to get up or vice versa. Goodnight, sleep well all. x ((*))
  3. Thank you you have made me laugh, but seriously its just at 3am, har maybe next-door has big ben in their living room.
  4. Hummm, I will have to investigate which church ⛪ it's coming from. Always believed it was st johns. Thanks for that. X
  5. Hi everyone, I am wondering whether anyone else hears the 3am bells from st johns church on goose green, I seem to only hear them at this time, or do they chime every hour. Or could it be another church?
  6. Yes I did post that, it was for someone else, not me. I hate it when people jump to conclusions. I have nothing more to add to this forum. Thanks to those who gave good advise. Goodbye
  7. Someone has just private messaged me, presuming I am Polish, by the previous threads I have posted, don't know where they have that information from, do you ?
  8. I have also found it difficult to make friends in ED, maybe I lack the social skills one needs to live here, but I have found that if you are at the bottom of the scale no body wants to know you. And I do not buy friends. Have been here 25 years, and found it cleaky (sorry don't know how to spell that). And I feel really lonely here, I am stuck here, as cannit afford to move. Didn't mean this to sound like a sob story.
  9. I was going to add London in general earlier. Going further afield for things is a bind as I have no car, and carrying heavy goods back in the bus is a no no, even with a shopping trolley. Thanks for the tips on eating out though, but I rearly do that these days, only on special occasions. Iceland was the cheapest supermarket 😒
  10. It's hard living in East Dulwich when one is poor. Things are so expensive, when on a low income.
