With an ever increasing work load in and around Dulwich, we are now looking to grow our team, we urgently require:- Carpenter:- With loft and roof experience as well as first and second fix skills. Will be working as part of a team, must be prepared to muck in with other trades in the team to get the job done. Must have accountable references, own hand tools and Transport. Labourer:- Must have a good knowledge of the building trade. It would be preferable to have experience, be hard working and able once given a task, to be able to work under own initiative. These positions will be working mainly around Dulwich and surrounding areas, you may be required to travel on occasions. We work a 5 day week, 8am start on site with occasional Saturdays. I to would agree with the comments from Tradesman32 , If you are working with a reputable building company, both the DS and private building control companies are fine, we work with both . I would say private companies do keep continuity and a single opinion which is better to work with as it can be an issue having different local authority building control officers turning up at different stages of the project.

We are looking to fill 2 Immediate Full Time Positions - Sorry these roles have now been filled - General labourer - Immediate Start - East Dulwich Must have a good knowledge of the building trade. Experience preferred, you must be hard working and able to complete given tasks and to work under own initiative. - Ground worker - Immediate Start - East Dulwich Essential to have a good understanding and knowledge of domestic drainage and foundations, also leveling work . Will also be mucking in at stages of the building process with all trades. These are both Full Time vacancies - with the occasional Saturday Wages are dependent on past experience/ ability.
