Can anybody please recommend an installer who is good and willing to take this on? Most installers seem too busy to turn up.

Just to confirm: I called on the morning of the appointment and left a message on your phone to say I need to pickup my son from school and had to change the appointment to a another day. You seem not to have got that message in full - sorry about that. You have left two messages on my phone at the time the appointment was meant to be but I was not in the office by then. I had no other messages from you. Please don't make it sound worse than it was. Again I am sorry you did not get my message in full and therefore did not know of my problem. I understand why you would find my actions unprofessional but everybody who has children would hopefully understand.

have you got Norton installed? if so you probably have a virus and or uninstall Norton!!!
