Found and returned home: young cat tabby with white paws and chest

He followed my housemate home from the train station. Then ran in to the house, is there an owner or does anyone know the owner so we can repatriate the cat.. As lovely and friendly as he is we can't keep him! If he does have an owner please get in contact :)
