@#James Barber I explained to #civilservant that I did not mean you/we had been intimidated/had the frighteners put on us and that it was just my feeling about these people with their shall we call it "sinister" appearance. People like this do actually exist you know and are not just figments from films or history.I merely made a rhetorical question. Also the hoardings at the site have MYN properties on them.Also, Lightbox on L.L. are not the development I am referring to and I suspect you know it.MYN properties have a large site on the other side. This is not the first time you have not read things properly on here I have seen others have to correct you.Perhaps its a politicians deliberate mislead. Im not getting any further involved because of what I said before.

@#civilservant i see what you mean and it could read that way but no i mean what isaid that sometimes you just know cant put my finger on it, just a feeling and a sense that you dont wanna be getting involved. Thats it really.

The developers on the other side (the old small glass front shop) are MYN Developments and I mentioned this on the subject "No banksman on Upland Road/ Crystal Palace Road" and how the same was happening near us on L.L. where they are building.They had in the past improvement notices from southwark council and prohibition notices from islington council.I mean this with the best possible intention but you need to let this go.We did.The big boss of this company is driven around in a blacked out windows new range rover with two big blokes driving him.Sometimes you just know and realise when to withdraw if you understand my point.i bet that this is the same with the council people and Mr. Barber who didnt do anything after the last topic.

Yes first mate it has become worse since the glass front shop type property on the right rather than the building on the left has started to be developed. We have noticed this on the occasions we have come past there. It is the same near us on Lordship Lane by Townley Road.Both these sites are MYN developments and a quick search shows that they transgress quite a bit. We found an improvement notice by southwark for Barry Road and even a prohibition notice served by Islington council earlier in the year. Hope you do keep an eye on this Mr. Barber before something serious happens.

Thanks for all replies here and on the one I started in the other section and also the private messages. Seems the general advice is to steer well clear so will look elsewhere at some of the suggestions given to me. @fizzmoll: that link is very interesting, no reviews and not part of the openess section. That does ring alarm bells.
