  2. That's what I saw. I do wonder what happened. What happened in Peckham rye is very sad.
  3. I walked through and noticed some police tape and flowers with a picture of a young man and some candles. One of the residents said he was stabbed last night and died. It very tragic. Haven't seen anything on the news or the internet about it.
  4. Can anyone help, I went today to bring christmas dinner with my son who had brought a cracker to pull with him, when we got there roughly 4pm, his place was burnt out the door, tarpaulin gone, burnt duvets, so sad. No sign of his wheelchair, we spoke to him briefly yesterday gave him some crackers, drink and a few goodies and a christmas card which read stay safe. I phone 101 and they werent able to help. I just want to know he is safe.
  5. Every Monday I look forward to my boxing session, it's very welcoming. When you go to those big gyms it's kind of scary as I'm shy (my experience) but with Simone she makes everyone feel welcome and at ease, and no one feels left out and she's quick to see when someone is not sure what to do, that's why it is great its a tighter group she's very personal but don't let her niceness think she won't make you work, boy she makes you work but it's such a great feeling, I'm buzzing after. Each week is always different in how the class goes but not so that you will forget what you learnt the week before, it's never mundane it's always fun but challenging. I honestly get withdrawal symptoms when on the rare occasion I can't make my session. Everyone is at different levels too so don't feel like you won't know what you're doing you will still get a workout. If you have little ones they can come along too which is an amazing bonus- most other gyms you can't or if you can it's probably a paid gym. Boxing is an ALLOVER workout. Look it up if you're not sure. X
  6. I have been to both the Monday mummy session and Sunday family session, where my 9 year old loved it, he was nervous and shy but he was made to feel at ease. He found it fun and challenging which is good for him! I really enjoy the sessions, I religiously go to Mondays mummy session as it ties in well with my little one at nursery and he can also attend if they have any inset days etc which is a bonus. It's a tough workout but thoroughly worth every penny as its intense but you do the best you can, unlike other gym classes I've been this is very personal and Simone always goes around checking we have the moves nailed and helps us if we don't and is always happy to show you how to do something, but she will encourage push you to work to the best of your ability! I'd highly recommend going. It's very friendly, and you will feel and look great!
