  1. I was recommended Martin by my wife and Martin has been helping me build strength and get toned for over 6 months. I was looking for someone to help me with strength and toning specifically, but Martin helped me in many other areas of fitness, from cardio to speed and strength training. His wide range of training methods and exercises always kept the sessions interesting and challenged my skill and physical ability. If you are looking for someone to get you in shape, but also to teach you the fundamentals of Muscle development and fitness, Martin is your man. Couldn't recommend enough. Matt
