I disagree with just about all of that Brendan - so I will just copy my post from another thread

There you go - as predicted - Clegg and Cable are just a bunch of blackmailing bedhoppers..... I have to admit I had grown a little tired of Labour so don't mind Cameron getting in. Need a harder line on immigration and prefer a little less tax and spend. But I think the Conservatives will be deeply aware of their Thatherite legacy and will do a more compassionate job. Brown was brilliant at saving the financial sector and Blair is my favourtite politician, yet the markets will react well to tories getting in. Its about cycles I guess. Hope Clegg and Cable don't have too much of a role. They worry me.

I'm sure the wives don't think its unprofessional. Giving birth is not easy - although I have not tried it, it certainly doesn't look easy.
  4. Still think harrys achievement is the better of the two. A league achievement usually wins over a cup achievement. Celtic got to the uefa final with a good team and so did rangers so thats the standard. Its harry for me.
  5. GORDON BROWN STANDING DOWN
  6. Great - and deserved. I'm sure most people would agree that to break into the big 4 is a massive achievement.
  7. We are just about to buy some square plates Bob. So. no we don't, but we soon will do. :)
  8. I think Arsenal lost credibility as title contenders when they were comprehensively beaten by MU and Chelsea. Having said that they could still have stolen it. I think Wenger prioritised the CL and lost Fabregas unnecessarily and before that dropped points at Birmingham when he rested some players ahead of the Barca game. Once they lost Song and Fabregas to injury it was season over. Chelseas win at Old Trafford really set them up to win it quite comfortably.

  17. Losing bets are not mistakes. They are just evidence that somewhere along the line someone/thing did not perform to the required standard.
  18. Had a reasonably big win on Celtic last night. Covered my previous losses on Celtic to win the title.
