I first started training with Obi almost 6 years ago and recently went back to his gym under his instruction. I?ve gone back with clear and achievable goals in mind but a whole heap of problems and injuries. O I really listened to everything I wanted as well as all my problems. He put together an amazing workout for me that I actually enjoy and the results are showing in just over a very indulgent birthday and Christmas month, I?ve lost almost 2% body fat and gained muscle. I am a mobile nail tech. Qualified for almost three years. I am competing late September and I need a hand model. You must be available on 23/7 & 30/9 for the entire days. Can discuss locations closer to the time. Travel will be paid for and I will need to visit you in between these dates to practice. You will receive a free CND shellac manicure each time.
