Still bloody no eye deer!

  4. What do you call a 3 legged reindeer? Eileen
  5. These guys are working their socks off to display and deliver quality trees-I'm sure no-one is being let down or ripped off! And to date St Christopher's gets a much needed 18K + which is amazing. My tree will be from them again this year

After an initial visit from Andy (who was friendly and accommodating) I waited in vain for a quote and when I chased him, was promised a call the next day which never came! Shame cos I really wanted to use him after all the accolades on here.
  7. Am I the only person never to have seen ANY of these movies? Not sure how they completely passed me by.. (and should I?)
  8. When I can't hold off any longer and crack open the port!
  9. Oh I'm so sorry, poor kitty and you...hugs
  10. Croatia. Beautiful. Ireland. Won't be hot! Gothenburg/Stockholm. Beautiful Scilly Isles. Different
  11. Where are you?
  12. I still go giddy and gush to whoever I'm with if I see Steve around East Dulwich lol

There will be at least 7 of us eating!
  15. Hi Cherrytree- I'm planning on having a few friends over to you on Sunday, are there any special offers then or just the Sunday roast?
  16. Looked at it on YouTube-made me want to have a go! Only at home though..
  17. Ooh I came on here with the same question as Brandnewguy! I'm lucky enough to be active and agile but I'm finding it slightly treacherous on the pavements-particularly Barry Road/Melbourne.
  18. Someone (not the same person) tried to steal something from the little St Christopher's shop yesterday, he was challenged but it's a risk because you never know how people will react. He then came into the big St C shop but the staff were forewarned so watched his every move.
  19. Horrible all round. If the driver had done nothing and it was me in that situation, (I've done this in the past) pick up your mobile and actually dial 999. You are on the receiving end of verbal abuse, there's no guarantee it won't turn into physical abuse. Had the desired effect...hope you're feeling ok about going on buses still? 20. Just managed to convince someone who was interested in dog fostering to try Dog's Trust! Also, if you happen to be walking your beloved pooch and a strange woman looks like she's itching to have a stroke-that'll be me missing my canine cuddles!
  21. My heating's been on and off for quite a while-we've had a rubbish summer. Try www.moneysavingexpert.com for a price comparison calculator, it sounds like a lot to me!
  22. There is! I just need a little time..but I'm sure I'll be ready for another soon
  23. So, here is the hard part! Pooch was today reunited with her family, all were ecstatic understandably. I am so pleased she's happy while at the same time sad for myself as I miss her dreadfully already!
  24. Do you live in Playfield Crescent/Colwell Road and leave a dog alone all day? Sounded like a small breed but it barked/howled all day. If anyone lives close and can identify the address please PM me as that level of neglect is appalling. I will report not only the noise nuisance but also animal welfare (lack of)
