  1. Hi, I can highly recommend Simone Harvey (Mind over Matter Boxing) who is based in East Dulwich. In addition to her boxing classes she also does personal training, both individual and in small groups. I've been going to her classes and PT for over two years and have really enjoyed it. She's super energetic and motivational but makes it fun too. My husband joined me about a year ago and we often do PT sessions together with Simone, either at home or locally.   2. To anyone who's never tried boxing, or indeed shyed away from any gym classes, I can't recommend this enough! I've been training with Simone for nearly 3 years now and it's been so much fun. Classes are friendly and welcoming and suitable for all ability levels. Simone is full of energy and enthusiasm and will help you achieve your fitness goals no matter how big or small. Punching things is so good for physical and mental strength, go on - give it a go!

  4. I can second enikat's recommendation for Simone. I've been training with her for nearly two years and have really enjoyed our sessions - both in group classes and 1-2-1 PT. I've never been particularly sporty and never managed to continue any group classes that I've signed up. But Simone's energy and enthusism have really made training fun and enjoyable.   5. One of the best exercise classes I've ever done! Simone is awesome, full of energy and enthusiasm and the class is really welcoming and friendly. I started off at Mummy boxing, even though my kids are a bit bigger, but that didn't matter. It was great fun training surrounded by bemused looking toddlers! I now go to the family boxing on Sunday as my son was keen to join in. Even my husband and daughter are now in on the action. 90 mins of intense workout and home for a well deserved Sunday roast. :-) Have also done some PT sessions with Simone which are amazing. Over the last 6 months I feel so much healthier, in body and in mind. I thoroughly recommend it!
