hi lilolil, yes i saw them too, their some kind of chinese lanterns that are let off in the air,same thing happened last year and we actually caught one that came down on our street, not quite sure of their meaning though!

cant understand why this has turned into a race thing! either the muggers were black, white or asian,why do people seem so wary of saying so, at the end of the day as long people know who to look out for thats all the better is'nt it?

hi wardy, lived in se5 at that time, can remember getting the plastic funnel out to pour it in and just hope you did'nt spill it! the van driver who used to deliver as i remember was a large jolly man who had a really loud voice so you could'nt not hear him as he done his rounds.

i can remember the parafin man who used to come round in his van so we could fill up our oil filled heaters in the bathroom! and also holding on to the back of the van on our rollerskates as he pulled us around, so dangerous would'nt be allowed today but great fun!

when i was thinking of selling my property i had a young man from foxtons come round to give me a valuation, he was very pushy and speaking so fast i found it very hard to keep up with him, then he started on about with the commision he made on my house he could buy himself a brand new BMW!!!
