Just wanted to say thank you for all those on the forum for recommending us Gerry/Jerry. We had him over recently to fix a broken sink/blocked pipe and he was friendly and did the very unpleasant job perfectly. Exactly what you want from a plumber! He also made effort to follow up with us over the next few days to check everything was still in order. Just wanted to add yet another recommendation for Russell and his team. They did a great job with our flat roof giving honest and useful advice on how to thoroughly resolve the problems we were facing, taking time to explain each stage. This was a stark comparison to other tradesmen we had over to quote on the issue. The work itself was excellent, as was communication throughout the process. We have been left very happy with our new terrace area and would 100% use Russell again should the need arise! Agree with all the reviews above.

Yeh i agree we didnt want to intrude too much on her but it was only after a fairly late in the evening incident that our concerns heightened. Thanks for the tips.

Does anyone have information as to who best to contact with concerns for an elderly neighbour. My partner and i often see an elderly lady walking our road and have, along with others, had to help her cross the often very busy road and get into the entrance of her home. Even at this point it seems she is still having difficulties getting into her house and using her stairs. Whilst we of course do not mind, this recently occurred quite late at night (post 11pm) and we are now quite concerned as to why she is even out at this time and for her general welfare. Any advice is much appreciated.
