  1. the plan is to devastate economies worldwide, in order to instigate The Great Reset, anyone who 'still' thinks this is about a 'deadly' virus, needs to get real.
  2. Does anyone know a company that can sand my Stairs/Landing and maybe replace a few boards? Thanks!
  3. Could have something to do with the roll out of 5G. From what I?ve heard 5G needs multiple receptors and trees are the biggest block to the signal. Trees are being removed around the country on mass but the reasons are not being made public, please research for yourselves.
  4. saudi style capital punishment is the only deterrent when you are dealing with people who have no conscious consequences for their actions.
  5. Unfortunately we need a Saudi attitude to crime, commit crime and you will be punished very hard. Thas the only way to deal with people who commit crime and have low IQs.
  6. We had a bad rat and mouse problem before moving into our place in dulwich. We got a cat and thank god it is a hunter, thousands of years of hunting skills so now there are no sign of mice or rats. She would often just sit out in our garden for hours where the mice use to come from waiting to pounce, and once she catches them she eats them in whole so no need for disposal. The ancient Egyptians use cats exactly for this reason - to catch rodents and prevent disease which was why they were worshiped as gods because they saved peoples lives!
  7. Ah so does that mean it is going to be another convenience store? I think a butchers/deli would make a killing in these spots. I would consider a careear change to open a shop there if Gail's are pulling in these profits. William rose in lordship lane does very well along with duggards in Herne hill.
  8. Agreed. I also think most of us are brand snobs, its what most of us have been brought up to think sub conciously or conciously. And let's not forget that consumerism is what drives the US & UK economies and thats why marketing unfortunately really works in our country!
  9. I think that what was the former worker was referring to, a particularly good week! On Saturdays this place is contansly busy and the till is contansly ringing until close! would not surprise me. They have also just completed a 75k refit which will probably increase their profits even more. We can safely say the yummy mummy market is alive and kicking if you get the branding right!
  10. I paid nearly ?30 for breakfast for 2 including coffees, their prices are very inflated
  11. Wow 70k. I just heard 50k from the past Shepard?s shop keeper. Apparently Gail?s opposite rake in 45k per week so it?s alright for them. Heard this from a former worker.
  12. I suppose that?s one of the shops that could afford the rent? Is that a rumour or a done deal?
  13. Just wondering what will go in the old Shepard?s shop in Dulwich village. Apparently the estate want 50 grand a year for that space so not sure if a conveinence store can afford that? It?s a shame that small shops like this have been priced out!
  14. Now the school holidays have kicked in I would imagine there are lots of opportunists on the prowl. Also criminals are taking advantage of the police cuts so they are not too bothered as it takes so long for them to respond to calls. Make sure lights are on and even invest in a beware of dog sign.
