Just wanted to endorse this recommendation of Niko. I found Niko on the EDF and he has helped me out twice now with different issues - both times he was able to come around quickly, sorted the problem with little hassle, and for a good price. The first time it was a leak in my bathroom sink, the second time was to fit an outdoor tap. I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to sort both out for me - and while he was fitting the outdoor tap he spotted a problem with my kitchen tap which he then fixed and threw in for free.
