Agree with you on Song (One Song, we've only got one Song), but as for outplaying the Invincibles, not sure about that, they included the wonderful Bobby Pires, TH14, PV4, Cashely Hole et al. Beautiful in different ways.
  2. I think that refs should be held accountable for their errors, the powers that be are quick to admonish managers for speaking out against poor refereeing decisions, as they have every right to, but are slow to acknowledge that refs can have poor games which do influence the outcome of a game. Refs are human, and I accept we all make mistakes, but I think there is a real case for reviewing their performances especially as they are now professionals, allegedly.
  3. Not usually known foir my support or love of Fergusmoan, but he did have a point about the free kick, which never should have been given (as usual Cashley Hole making a prick of himself), and goal shouldn't have stood, but if the boot had've been on the other foot, namley had this been played at Old Trafford and had it been Man Ure rather than Chavski at home, we all know what the out come would have been. As for The Arsenal, nice result 2nd in the table with a long way to go in the season. Not bad for a side filled with the "phsyically weak" eh Matthew123. I like reading educated and fully rounded post like yours, they make me smile.

Rise above it and keep a dignified silence.

Allegedly Torres has a groin strain which requires surgery and if the injury is made worse he could be out for a long spell, that is apparently what Senior B is saying.
  7. There is a fine line between free speech and offending others with your opinions ( I have on occasion been known to be guilty of this), no matter how much you may believe in your views, somebody out there is bound to hold an opposing view. It may be true that these guys just put forward provocative views purposely knowing that they would stir up a hornets nest just to see how people would react. Who knows, anyway I have no firm views on these guys being barred/banned either way.
  8. Brilliant Wednesday night, five a side with the chaps, and then home to watch highlights of The Arsenal. Heaven.

  11. Any thoughts on last nights CMPL games people?
  12. It's all very well saying or suggesting Rafa should go, but be honest, who is there, of any value or repute that is currently available to replace him. Mourhino? And that's only if he gets the push or decides to leave Inter.

  15. My my it's as if the Forum has never been away. For what it's worth I don't think Man Ure will win the Prem or Champs league, Chavski look like the Prem will go back to them and I fancy Barca again for Champs league. Can't see the mancs winning either of these as they don't look to be the real deal this season.

Fair enough, do they also still believe in Father Christmas?

I think it's only a matter of time before that happens, I've been expecting something like this for years. Champs League is more or less such a league anyway.

Yes are they are well spotted, 2 wrongs don't make a right. Tell you what, let's have German, French or Italian clubs in the prem, why not. After all away days to some French sides will be just as far or even closer than going to Scotland. What a great idea. See if you can sell it to the powers that be.
