  1. The Great Pretender - The Platters Dedicated to Bagpuss Redknapp

Is this the same comedian you spuds were all slaughtering because he couldn't catch water in a bucket a little while back. How short sighted and selective spuds memories are.

Sol campbell came to us and won the double oh thou of short memory and we've been laughing at you ever since.

It must be hard for you and your fellow supporters to watch us better you in verything for years on end with no end to bettereing us at anything in sight. Keep the faith with noding dog Churchill and I'm sure you'll suffer the same financial fate as Southampton, Pompey, and West Ham. Notice a pattern forming? Wouldn't it be awful if Del boy made it 4 out of 4? 49 years and running.

  6. Every Kind of people - Robert Palmer Jimmy boy, does your comic genius know no bounds?

Let's be honest you need a good sense of humour to follow Spuds, especially with Del Boy at the helm. I love it when people claim my posts make them smile, proves I've got under your skin and hit a nerve. 1961 and counting.
  8. Oscar Weathers - Just to prove I love you. I thought it was time to revive this thread.

More then old Vinegar face Lemon sucker > Arsene Whinger would ever do. And everyone says I'm biased. Better to have Le Boss who has actually won things and not sent teams in to financial meltdown like Del Boy Churchill nodding dog Redknapp. Just in case I've missed the point, we won yesterday so why would Le Boss say how wonderful Sunderland were when they weren't. Or this just you having a side swipe because Tottering Hotspuds aren't worty talking about? 4th spot eh? Please don't make me smile. 50 years next year and counting, I suggest Spuds look after their own back yard before aspiring to reach the level of the Arsenal.
  11. Monster.com and Totaljobs send me daily updates, worth checking out. In my experience persistence pays off, just keep plugging away.

  14. I'm guessing tonights game will not be a classic and both teams may be a little on the cautious side, unless one of the sides scores early forcing the hand of the other. AC winning would make the 2nd leg more interesting.
  15. I expect United to win tonight as AC Milan have been a fading force for a few years now. I can't see AC winning although a draw is not out of the question.

  17. I see two of supposed sages who claim they want to avoid me have piped up, knew you wouldn't be able to resist biting. Or to quote the greatest sage of all, reeled in like a hungry fish. Wasn't that the saying from the wise one? I'm surprised at you Declan , have you no new imaginative names to call me, in either Gaelic or Turkish? And anyway Jah assured me that the Holy ones were going to avoid me, and you've both let the gang down. I hope you are suitably ashamed of yourselves.

I see, and the "others" don't have a voice of their own and you are now the official Forum spokesperson? So I'm to be cut adrift from those with an encyclopaedic of all things football? Those aficionados whose expertise and opinion must be taken as sacrosanct? Those whose witty and humourous postings are only bested only by the great S J Perelman. OH NO!!!!! I'm devastated, mortally wounded, will I be able to survive without the the warmth and companionship of the wise ones on on footballing matters? Yeah.

Never. Whos' just biten again eh? I wonder if the Admin Obermeister will see fit to banish you to the naughty chair for petulant outburst. 61 never again.
