  1. I see the Hammers had around 34,000 at their game last night. Interesting that our youth team pulls the same sort of number to FA youth cup games at home. Nail on the head indeed.
  2. Isn't jealousy such an ugly thing, especially when your team has lost the night before, eh Jah and Matt?

Perhaps, the poor dears work so hard they need to have some perks. How do they scrape by on a mere ?120k a week, it must be sheer hell for them.

LG, don't get carried > away it was only Liverpool! ;-) Liverpool 2-0 Man Utd 25.10.09. Yep it's only Liverpool
  8. Same old Spuds, yet another season when delusions of a top four finsih bite the dust. Well done Hammers, pleased for Zola, all round nice guy and one of the finest players to grace the playing fields of the Prem.
  9. Reeled in like a hungry fish, biting? With me Spud u Like?

Truth hurts eh. 61, never gain. It must be boring for you to face the each season knowing full well that you will be nowhere near winning the title again. I think you'll find your the one that's bitten here like a rabid dog old boy.

Spurs fans would celebrate a win against us as if they've won the world cup. We've not won the league since 2004, the other winners have been Chavksi and Manure, is it any wonder we don't consider Spuds as our serious rivals, and haven't done so for years.
  14. Sandperson Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Are you kidding Jah? Don't try and confuse Atila's > arguments with reason or fact. ;-) Of course everything Sandpit says is gospel as is what most ManUre fans say. As far I'm concerned Chavski will win prem and Mancs won't win Champs league. Time will tell if I'm wrong.

Back to the drawing board. :)) Yes indeed, aren't Pool already in the mire, and if Abramovich walks away to find a new toy? If I'm right have MAnUre won anything yet this season? Are they likely to? Maybe the couldntcareless cup, but thats about it. Forget the Prem and you certainly won't win the Champs league. Oh well back to the drawing board.
  16. I think football clubs have been badly managed for decades and foolishly we don't appear to have learnt the lessons that some of the Italian and Spanish clubs had been given in recent years regarding finances. It's a matter of when not if more clubs go tits up.
  17. These things will keep me loving you dear - The Velvelettes
  18. Inded Sean, but the counter argument to that is that Wenger should leave financial matters to the bean counters, but I'm with you.

Would be a shame if the same fate befell ManUre. Can you imagine the out pouring of grief on this thread.
  20. Trouble is we, the fans, haven't helped. We've elevated these people to almost deity status and they've started to believe their own hype, so I guess it was kind of inevitable that we arrived at this point.

I wish I wasn't but this is not a wind up. The guy was apparently asked to do so by our H&S Department as it is apparently not negotiable and is asked for on every job conducted by sub contractors. You couldn't make it up could you?
