  1. If your alarm is monitored then cutting the phone line will cause a fault and you?d be informed of it. (Normally via text message)

  8. By law they don?t have to give you a refund. In their t&cs they say proof of purchase... a paper receipt is a proof of purchase :)
  9. I?m after an electrician to wire in a new consumer unit, do earth bonding and to sign off and get the the relevant certs. Any people out there who know of anyone or can do it themselves? Cheers
