  1. Would you like to learn how to bake your own delicious bread? Spaces available for 3rd April for a day of baking ?international bread? including Challah and hot cross buns. Starts 9.30-2-30ish ?55pp Includes a light lunch and any bread you make
  2. I would like to recommend Gokay as a personal trainer. I have been seeing him now for about 8 months , sometimes one to one and sometimes with a friend when we share a session. The sessions are always good fun and very varied and set to an appropriate level for you. I have possibly been the worst student, refusing point blank to do burpees and also to be weighed when I know i haven't lost any weight! The sessions are held at the rugby club on the South Circular so the setting is beautiful, especially if you go early in he morning. He has various instruments with which to torture you with but I always feel great after and have a few aches the next day where I feel I have worked hard.
  3. Hi, I?m thinking of running some bread making classes from my home and wondered if there is any interest out there? We would make bagels, soda bread, flat bread and a focaccia for you to take home and bake. The day would start at 9.30 and finish around 3pm, most likely a week day. You would take home the bread that you have baked and I would provide a light lunch and refreshments. The cost is ?60. I can be flexible with dates so if you wanted to get a group of friends together (5 min/6 max) we can work out a suitable date. I also bake sourdough and could do a class on that if enough people are interested. I have attached some photos of my bread. Thank you Sophie
