Hi, I?m thinking of running some bread making classes from my home and wondered if there is any interest out there? We would make bagels, soda bread, flat bread and a focaccia for you to take home and bake. The day would start at 9.30 and finish around 3pm, most likely a week day. You would take home the bread that you have baked and I would provide a light lunch and refreshments. The cost is ?60. I can be flexible with dates so if you wanted to get a group of friends together (5 min/6 max) we can work out a suitable date. I also bake sourdough and could do a class on that if enough people are interested. I have attached some photos of my bread. Thank you Sophie
