Consequently you'll think that this is yet another member of family, friend or himself who Is recommending this person being mentioned a " great professional " "Well recommend " "Highly skilled " All of It is meaningless And every great comment is worth less than a single sheet of toilet tissue once you find out that the tradesmen who is widely recommend and highly professional... Someone who had done xy & z to for others is highly recommend by his family.... And she / he / they are clearly posting misleading comments in order to grow business which In my opinion is below surface if the only person who can post the great comment is a wife rather than a genuine client ! ---> ban should be the answer to tackle lies and fakes

While I was doing some decorating work in opposite nigel Road in peckam I was approached by a woman who asked how much would I charge to paint the house for her ... Went to see it and was shocked by her story She's (I think)in her late 60s and after her husband had a stroke she was forced to reduce to part time work so she can care for her husband while carers aren't there Gentleman is bed bound and 100 % depending on 2 other people 24/7 . This lady used some of her pension money to pay someone to remove wallpapers Plaster the house Install alarm And decorate the house So she and her husband can have a nice home till he's time run out ... NOW she paid staggering ?4500 upfront to a builder who worked for 3 days and done a runner after leaving the house in a building side state 8 months ago!! .. After hearing that And having some great conversation with the poor guy and his shattered wife I have decided that I'll step up and do all do for free but there things that I'd ask people to help and come forward to help for free and do something good While I've managed to repair most of the house I'm beginning to run out of steam and would seek someone who can remove wallpaper from the last room on the list and plaster the ceiling Also that cowboy disconnected radiator and plumber would need to help to make it good and safe Also alarm is no longer working and as much as would love to play with it I will ask if someone could take a look and see what he's done to it Just so you people know I am on my own and done walls Repaired skirtings Covings And painted half of the house already and will carry on and put new floors up for the unfortunate couple but if anyone could assist with the other tasks please call or text 07477 626 488

For starters when my ex wife's car clutch given up and I was quoted repeatedly around ?500-?700 Then I found Pete guy in his 60s Who said it will cost as much as it will So I've left ?400 upfront Materials and labour cost so he can see his money first Pete changed the clutch in my ex's nissan in less than a day in lidl'car park Clutch never failed so trust gained Then he also gave me ?100 back so ?300 all together! recently I crashed my audi TTrs And broke wheel completely Rear left wheel was pointing 45 degrees to the left Cheapest quote to change suspension was ?2500 3 weeks to fix Called Pete again Now between 65yo maybe more Asked if he can help He laughed at 2.5k cost of repair I gave Pete ?350 for parts He came Lifted the back of my car on 2 jack Stuck some metal towers underneath Took wheels off Ginded off stuff that was to be changed Disappeared for 2 days Came back and fitted all the parts Dropped the car down and walked off Then Called to say it's done All that took place on Sydenham High Street with people looking and talking to him And he charged me ?600 all together In 3 days he's undone the whole bum of my audi and put it back together I believe there is nothing he can't do Seriously Magical in my view He told me what he's done but don't understand much of his mechanical language I'm happy so thumbs up Highly recommended Infact I can't recommend him high enough Great person Great personality Polite On time Professional Send he doesn't do text messages (looool) Happy to share pictures over WhatsApp Car looks like nothing has happened Drives lovely like there was never any serious damage No issues Respect!
