I am a resident on Upland Rd and have noticed a lot of garbage being thrown over the wall on the corner of Darrell Rd and it's getting out of control. There is furniture as well as food waste, which looks to be residential waste as well as commercial. Who is the best person to contact for this? Thanks

Have you tried the oil from Avon? It?s not meant as a use for bugs but it sure works and smells amazing. I have so many bottles of the stuff (I bought 20 from Avon for my wedding in France) and there was no bugs. So I have 20 unopened bottles which I keep meaning to pop on eBay. They?re usually ?3 if you?re interested?
