  1. I quote "Nobody in their right mind could have the audacity to continue with these disparaging comments on a second thread made for this sweet shop given that you're the reason the last one was closed. When does it stop? Just go away & find something better to do. You're irrelevant to the topic, let alone spirit. The owner doesn't even visit these forums anymore because of the toxic energy you bring to every thread. You're a nasty little person." & I'm not wrong. You've yet to take responsibility for your own behaviour. All you've done is try to nitpick & find offense in anything I have written. If you had any awareness & concern for mental health, as you are apparently suggesting (laughable) you wouldn't have taken positive feedback I left & attacked me for it. Too enthusuastic? What do you know about me & my mental health? I couldn't possibly be recovering from an illness, suffering from panic attacks, anxiety & depression. Snub out one moment of excitement I had for the opening of what a thought was a pleasant addition to the streets I live just off from. You might want to take pause & question why you felt so offended by an "overly enthusiastic" comment to begin with, which has left you stalking me around the forums attacking every post I've made since. Be mindful... of yourself as well as others the next time you make a petty attack.

I literally just called you out for your constant hypocrisy & you respond with yet another hypocritical comment - are you okay? You clearly don't know the meaning of "mindful communication" otherwise you wouldn't have entered a second thread made for a new business, derailing it before it's even taken off, after having the previous one closed for causing drama over positive feedback. Nobody does that unless there is something mentally wrong with them. YOU need to learn to be mindful & stop derailing threads. EDIT: as a side note, I think it would have been great to have a block option on these forums; I would have used it so long ago . I agree with Frankito. I'm out.
  3. Haha :)) The hypocrisy is real in those two. Since Cella & Sue love trolling so much, perhaps they should get out every once in a while, catch some rays & find themselves a more productive way to spend their time together. 4. I'll leave it to the admin to decide what to do about you on threads like this. It's boring.
  5. What is your problem now? 6. Haha :)) I don't think there's anything Dara hasn't stocked; there's even a section dedicated to American confectionary. I just went in this afternoon & it's thriving in there! I'm very happy for this shop owner has clearly put a lot of work into this place... with so much activity really does require security - the door man is lovely too. rabbitears Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Do they have coffee creams? 7. I wouldn't bother if I were you. You need social skills for an admin position, & you're just about as anti social as it gets. se22cat Wrote: > Perhaps you should return to your natural > habitat, under a bridge or gain an education.

There's nothing entertaining about standing at a close yet safe distance & witnessing events like this play out - I just can't. But I really do hope your son is careful in how & when he chooses to intervene.
  9. You wont find the thread because Cella had it removed after accusing me of being the owner of Mr Simm's Olde Sweet Shoppe based on a positive review that just seemed too "enthusiastic" for her liking. Nothing about my posts are "dubious". I'm honest, I say it like it is & I have nothing but good intentions. I'm not hiding behind a screen insulting people left, right & center like the regulars here can't seem to help but indulge themselves in. A public forum it is, but it certainly isn't a reflection of the East Dulwich community - I should know being born here & working intimately with residents on pretty much every street in SE22. The administrator should consider renaming this forum to something that wont tarnish ED. - Also, thank you to PR, tallulah & others for stepping in ♥

  11. Oh I'm sorry, Snowflake. It was a cheerful cockney accent. Seriously. Does anybody here care for the crime rate in London or are you all just far too concerned with your feelings getting hurt by the way something is described in the heat of the moment? ... Anymore snowflake comments in this thread & you wont get a response out of me. I just came here to notify & warn those involved. Am I expecting a pat on the back from a community forum of labour supporters? How stupid do you think I am? If you want the crime rate to continue going up then by all means continue doing nothing but whine about trivial things like how the thieves were described... which at the end of the day is only a fact. nxjen Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > If you have nothing against anyone?s accent, why > did you describe it as whiny?
  12. Yeah Jonnywalker, I wont reconsider how I post my views. If it's ruffling the feathers of the politically correct I'm afraid that's more your problem & not mine. Do you want to call me a racist for mentioning that they're white too? No, of course not. But if I said they were of any other skin tone I'm sure plenty would have something to say. Get over yourself. I have nothing against anyones accent. I too am born in SE London. You think I'm not familiar with local accents? It's because you don't hear cockney around here as much (dare I say I hear more accents of people who have obviously moved in from out of London) which is why I used it to simply describe this group. Get over it.
  13. Except everyone on the left who thinks they have any control whilst in the EU.
  14. I'm pretty sure I read that the NHS talks were started by somebody else... not Trump. & now that people are asking him if NHS is on the table, of course he's going to say it is, as everything is. To say that this means he has his eyes set on the NHS is just putting words into his mouth. We mustn't jump to conclusions. I believe making a deal with the US will be far more fair than any deal made with the EU.
  15. We have more control now than we ever did in the EU. I really don't believe they intend to take our NHS & as stupid as our government currently stands, I don't believe they're stupid enough to give it to them.

You are truly pathetic. Haven't you got some demonstration you could be attending? Shoo, you miserable old bat. This is a thread for reviews, I think you'll find your posts are not welcome here. BTW: Only a far-lefty could turn a sweet shop topic into topic about "border line racism" (yet ANOTHER serious accusation with absolutely no evidence whatsoever to back it up). I will put you in your place & prove you wrong every single time because you're an idiot. You & Sue are 2 shrivelled up peas in a pod.
  18. The moderation of these forums is very sketchy. It's almost as if they favour this provocative behaviour (& I don't mean the type that has people so politically correct they can't handle an opinion that clashes with their own). ANYHOO. Feel free to discontinue reading from this point if you're likely to get your knickers in a twist over a positive/enthusiastic comment :) - I had my eye on the strawberries & cream gourmet popcorn, closest & most visible from the window, days before the shops official opening - it was totally worth the wait! I'm also obsessed with violet anything so I was happy to see they had dark chocolate French Violet creams along with other flavours like English Rose (which I also love), lemon (tempted to get for my mum), mint (also tempting) & others that I can't remember off the top of my head. ...& Kola Kubes! They really take me back to my 90s childhood.

  20. The truth & reality of the situation is that the UK will be leaving the EU - that is what the majority of Britain voted for. Whilst those who voted remain are busy doing this or storming the streets like the sore losers that they are, the fact still stands that we are due to leave the EU, so I'm curious to know whether they've been spending any of the past 2 years productively thinking of ways to help themselves. I take it the far-left are more comfortable with a hard-Brexit than they make out to be, given that they're chasing away our greatest ally.

It wouldn't support their narrative of being anti-racist. :) Takes me back to a very interesting "debate". This gave me the tickles.
  22. Ooo... We shouldn't take things out of context. Trump openly tweeted: "Sadiq Khan, who by all accounts has done a terrible job as Mayor of London, has been foolishly 'nasty' to the visiting President of the United States, by far the most important ally of the United Kingdom. He is a stone cold loser who should focus on crime in London, not me. Kahn reminds me very much of our very dumb and incompetent Mayor of NYC, de Blasio, who has also done a terrible job - only half his height. In any event, I look forward to being a great friend to the United Kingdom, and am looking very much forward to my visit. Landing now." I completely agree with him because he's right.
  23. Argh... so sorry to hear that... Are you able to say where abouts this took place?
