  1. Hello, as a regular, for over a year with Simone, I was concerned about maintaining fitness of the body & mind during all this but Simone came up trumps! (absolutely no pun intended there 🤦🏼‍♀️) The session was focused, demanding, tight & fun. Obviously, you have to put the effort in but as we know, we never slack when with Simone!! It was a great workout & showed me how to do more at home too. I have posted here before about how amazing Simone is & how much boxing helps me - don't delay, join us!! (need an added incentive? Just from boxing twice a week, I have dropped a bit over a dress size in a year - no dieting involved, am more toned & relaxed-come & join us!!)
  2. Hello, Let me begin by reiterating Simone, this is NOT boxercise! This is a great form of exercise & Simone gives you a thorough workout for your whole body. I began training with Simone just this year, January & whilst I began once a week, I am now training twice a week & recently bought my own gloves! I love it. Simone is knowledgeable & attentive, fun & supportive. The classes are challenging & your body feels amazing afterwards - I can see changes in my body but the biggest benefit for me is that the stress & tension in my muscles is released in a way & with long-lasting effect that no other exercise or massage has ever done. My neck, shoulders & back feel amazing. This is so worth it. Come along, try something different, something fun & beneficial. I introduced a colleague & she loved it too. I believe Simone offers great value too, I have ended my gym subscription because this is so much better, it truly is. I look forward to meeting you soon!
  3. Hello, I have been attending Simone's boxing classes since the beginning of January, 2019. I began by training once a week & am now training twice a week - I love it!! This is boxing, not boxercise. Great people attend to be trained by a great instructor. Simone is friendly & supportive, she will ensure you have good technique, she makes it fun & has great music to work to. To be honest, I can't find anything wrong! This is the only form of exercise that really releases the stress from my body & I feel the benefits of that until & through to the next session - nothing else has ever done that, including massage. I have to be aware of my back so there are some things in the warm-up I cannot do but Simone gives alternatives. Classes are mixed, female & male, different abilities: Simone partners you appropriately for pad work. My advice is: contact Simone & come along - she is lovely, we are lovely & I think you will love it!! Hope to see you soon!
