  1. ok, lots of feedback both positive and negative. I had no idea it would generate this much feedback as I'm very new to the forum. Basically, he's upset me a number of times and I don't think that is fair or nice, and the last time I was really angry and just thought 'why should someone treat me like this when I'm trying so hard to be polite' and because I really do want to support local business. I'm glad some people have had a positive experience with him and are happy with his service. However, as I said I didn't realise so many people would respond, and I do feel a little uncomfortable about it. I think we've all had a chance to say our piece but maybe it's time for this thread to come to a close.
  2. I'm so glad I've seen this thread. I'm on underhill road, barry road end and I'm still waiting for a package from ebay that was posted on the 10th October, and some tickets ordered off the web. I'm getting very little post and am sure that things are not getting through. This is crazy - what can we do?
  3. I agree. I really wanted to leave my purchases and go elsewhere but I was desperate. My poor boyfriend had to listen to me moan about it for ages!
  4. I've just been reading through both threads and have been nearly crying with disbelief and laughter! So it would seem that anyone having blinds/curtains made is treated with courtsey and respect but anyone wanting the little bits and bobs gets a hard time. Such a shame as it's local business which I'd rather support, but I refuse to be treated and spoken to so badly when I've done nothing wrong. What are the alternative? I do a lot of dress making etc and find fabric shops harder and harder to come by.
