  3. Bristan Apricot Monobloc Kitchen mixer tap with pull out spray. https://www.victorianplumbing.co.uk/bristan-apricot-monobloc-kitchen-sink-mixer-with-pull-out-spray-apr-pullsnk-c New is £180-250, but selling for £25: This item is new and in box however please read carefully: the reason I'm selling it for just £25 (ono) is that the spray head for the hose doesn't click up into the tap to hold it there.. there is a weight at the other end of the hose that pulls it up into the tap, so it might not be a problem. I also have our old (and therefore used) spray head which you can have, that one DOES click up into the tap, however the push button on it is stuck (so it's constantly on the spray setting that you can see in the picture below, again, maybe that's not a problem in which case this is an absolute bargain!): Smoke and pet free house, SE22.

  12. The sky garden is free (just need to book) and an impressive view of London up there.. a lot of the big museums in central London are also free, if a little bit of a pain to get to from Dulwich.
  13. I'm sure this forum itself deprives them of many of the best donations they'd otherwise get.. (I say that while applauding the "reuse" mentality and the bargains available here). As Malumbu said.. please continue to use the store.
  14. Highly recommend new local business Bird & Co. Anthony and Elise are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful and great to work with. They're very responsive (which is so important when you're trying to put on an event) and they quickly sorted the catering that we needed (middle eastern canapes and wraps). It was absolutely delicious and they thought of everything to create an awesome atmosphere. Everyone was raving about them afterwards, you can't get much better than that! @Anthony Birdinio and @Elise Barnes big big thank you to you both and the team! https://www.birdandcoevents.co.uk/ Number: 07713 665891 Email: [email protected]

  15. Maurice was able to come and fix our radiator problem same day. Punctual to the minute, friendly and professional. His estimate before he arrived was within £20 of the final bill too. Very pleased. Thank you!

  17. Hi, my wife lost a single (left) apple earpod this morning running for the train. It was lost on Melbourne Grove, she believes it was near the Jarvis Road junction (where Gaby Leon clinic is on the corner). Would be hugely appreciative if anyone has found it! I went by 30mins later and couldn't see it anywhere.. Many thanks!
  18. A few years after we got Lee to help we asked him back for a bigger project, and he's still just as much a perfectionist and just as much a gentleman. Such a nice guy and a very good decorator. Painted pretty much the entire house, and great value too, highly recommend him. Big thank you Lee. Lee +447904740381
  19. Thanks, it was another mother who found it, and went around the playground asking people before leaving it at the café, so she should take the credit. I suggested posting here, but she's not on the EDF so I offered.. hope it gets reunited with it's owner.. from the look of it it will be missed.
  20. Found at Dulwich Park in the children's playground around midday sunday. Left it at the cafe in the centre of the park if yours and you can describe it come and get it.
  21. Hopefully he has nothing to do with Burke’s Roofing & Landscaping Ltd, who are absolute cowboys and should be avoided like the plague.
  22. Hi folks, I'm hoping it's nothing, but we've noticed a man drive up outside our house in a white Jaguar XE 2.0 (example pic below), get out, take some photos of the building work with his phone, and then drive off. We've seen him do this a couple of times over the last couple of months. Reg BP16 UAJ. Is it anything to be concerned about? I'm hoping it's just an architect or someone interested in the design and building work...
  23. Incredibly shoddy job, other roofers have since come to quote, laughing at the "work" done, saying it will have to be completely taken off and redone from scratch. Have messages from Burke's promising a refund, but subsequently ignoring all calls and messages, and two months later still not a penny received back. Very disappointing. https://burkesroofing.co.uk/ Stay well clear.
  24. Had our car stolen last weekend (we'd turned off the keyless entry to avoid thieves mirroring the signal to get in, and we kept both keys in Faraday pouches..) someone else saw theives breaking into another car last night.. it seems to be on the increase in the area. Be vigilant and check whenever you hear an alarm.. let's try and keep an eye out for all the cars parked near us and help each other out.
