  1. I have always lacked the motivation to do exercise properly but have found myself really enjoying my sessions with Martin. He keeps things interesting with a range of different exercises, focuses on doing things right and knows when to increase the difficulty levels to push me to work a bit harder. After just a couple of months, I feel great, with loads more energy, and I really look forward to working out with him. So if you're planning on eating too many mince pies this Xmas (who isn't?), I can definitely recommend signing up for a taster session at least!
