Dulwich housing market lessons
sofaRunner replied to TonyQuinn's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I wonder about managing with out an estate agent & doing one of those on line ones. I am shocked at how much they charge making the cost of moving astronomical! genuinely, what do they addd? -
I'm really looking forward to it..... time for celebration & a bit of good old flag waving. there isn't enough patriotism!

I have a friend who is looking to move to SE London & is going to see somewhere on Choumert Road or Square - I don't know which nor do I know the area. is anyone from the area... what's it like to actually live there? she is young & comes from a slightly rarefied rural community... any advice? thoughts? comments about the neightbourhood? your help is appreaciated!

last week I did my first parkrun in Brockwell park & would encourgage anyone who fancies a 5k on a Saturday morning to come along. there are those who complete it in double quick time but most of us are a bit more normal.... I finished in just over 30mins it is a timed run & is free... best of all you can be in the cafe for justifiable cakes by 10!! have a look at this..... Brockwell parkrun
