SteveT if you mean on the inside I have done this a few years back when I planted tomatoes.They were very successful so much so they took over my whole window ! and its a very big window.I have a balcony but not a private one and have a few plants but unfortunately it is in the shade so I am limited.I have grown herbs though ,maybe I will give the window sill idea another go.

There is only one card and you dont need it as long as you are on the register you just tell the polling clerk your name and address you dont even have to show ID.

I have been attending the Forest Hill Road surgery for over 25 years and have never had a problem with them and agree with everything Growlybear says about them.My now grown up son reguarly goes to the Asthma clinic and I to the Healthy Heart clinic .All communication whether by phone or letter has always been excellent. Unless I moved away I would never think of going anywhere else .
