I've no experience of butekyo but I've had respiratory physio and it's really helped with my asthma generally.

I agree with peckham rose that discovering and (frustratingly) avoiding your triggers is vital, and second that Asthma UK are worth contacting.

Another recommendation for Aria and his brother from A.F.E Plumbing; they helped fix two radiator leaks for us and were extremely helpful, professional and efficient. I'd definitely use them again.

Totally the same (& with girls too... And seems to continue through school!). Normally hear about school things when they instigate the conversation. Frustrating!

My teen nieces love a trip to Camden too (if oxford street isn't bad enough!).

Notice on the door says that it is a 'Pedlar venture' in the form of a pizza place. Planning to open in August.

Not sure how journey times compare as it's a while since I did it, but an alternative route is: bus to elephant and castle, then bakerloo line to Regents park, then walk through the park to the zoo. Probably a longer walk than from Camden tube, but lovely to walk through the park.

Not sure if it helps but I get a red rash when dandelion leaves touch my skin. I haven't looked into it at all, I just stay away from them. Best of luck getting it sorted.

I've previously hired soft play equipment and/or a bouncy castle from Lisa at Bubble Bees but can't get hold of her (since the Greendale venue closed she may have moved on to other things). Does anyone have any recommendations for other companies hiring this sort of thing please?

Tuesday morning at the Copleston Centre/the church on Copleston road is still on (9.30am - 11.30am) and Rae (who runs it) is very welcoming.

Not sure if it's still the case but GDND (search for miss danni on here) does a street dance class on a Tuesday at the Goose Green Centre (next to the church) and it used to be very popular and full of boys.

Try JAGS - I can't remember what age they take them from but the intensive classes are open to non-members (mine was 5 when she did it, but there were some younger kids there).

I'm a lefty and can only do the opposite to you! (if trying to look through just one eye, can only close my right eye. My left one won't open/close independently, it's a tad frustrating).

I know it's not East Dulwich, but if anyone needs Pampers Baby Dry nappies, then Asda on Rye Lane have got a bunch of giga packs scanning at ?6 each (shelf price reads ?12.97, but it looks like they're trying to clear stock).

They had sizes 3, 4, and 5 and they are located on the same aisle as the sweets near the front of the store.

I'm looking for a modern-day 'Sanctuary' (since the one in Covent Garden closed) for myself and some girlfriends to have a pampering day out together. Either in London or short-ish train/car journey away. I've found the Old Street one that has been recommended previously, which looks great, but it would be good to give my friends a choice.

There was a similar thread not that long ago, but I can't find it (anyone else find the search function a bit hit and miss on here?!).

Any day spa suggestions (or a link to the other thread) would be very gratefully recieved. Thanks!

Yogabeez at Gaia Studio on the corner of Maxted Road and Oglander Road (near Bellenden Road shops). My daughter has been going for over 18 months and really loves it. Small class size and fantastic teacher.
