They recently spoke about shredded paper when I was on a tour at Veolia's recycling centre. It's like confetti when it arrives and can't be recycled however it burns nicely at the incinerator and they get energy from it.... (ie. via the rubbish bin)

Unfortunately Nissan was a disaster of a company when it created your car and still is, and most recently created another combined disaster alliance with Renault. Be aware, the trade value on your car is really low as no one wants to do the work & it's often only when it reaches near scrap value that someone (else) is willing to invest (their money) to try and fix. So if you're willing to front the money and fix your car that (you know) then that is most likely your best option (also understanding that it is outrageous that you should have to replace a CVT gearbox after 50K). If that isn't appealing consider a new Skoda Fabia 1.0 (Auto) on finance if you can't afford cash, it will last 20yrs.... (and avoid cars from the Stellantis group)

Only been for a 3 week holiday. Scan the AirBnB "experiences" these can be people on their own sharing their hobby. We did sailing in Sydney harbour, motorboating, and a "speakeasy" pub crawl which was a laugh, we all got trashed and went clubbing. The drive up the east coast to Brisbane isn't scenic, you're just starting at motorway fencing all the way. Fenced roads are for night driving. People don't drive unfenced roads in the countryside at night unless they have "roo bars"

Some managers never reach adulthood and don't have a sufficent level of maturity to understand the difference between a technical role where you are constantly producing output for deadlines, and their own role which is reading (but never responding to) emails and talking crap all day. leave the window alone and put in some "secondary glazing" For sound proofing, you need as big an air gap as you can muster (in this image they should have used the whole windowsill) if you try your own DIY screen (with perspex & wood) you must seal it as far away from the window as you can and add baffles round the perimeter inside (eg. egg cartons) (or other sound proofing materials are availble online). The air gap is your baffle (buffer). Cheaper than replacing the window.
